When ripe, the shell must yield to the soft pressure of the touch. It should not have bruises or bumps or brown spots. When you go to buy the product in the supermarket, we recommend:
Alone, in juice, for dressings, cocktails and drinks in general. Storage:-At ambient temperature depending on the climate, clean, dry and in a cool and dry place. Or refrigerate in the “fruit drawer” in the refrigerator.
-At room temperature and in cold weather, approximately 8 days and 4 for warm.
-Refrigerated, 10-12 days approx. Its duration also depends on its maturity and freshness at the time of the purchase.

You can let them ripen at room temperature and then refrigerate, if desired, to lengthen their “shelf life”. Do not place the fruit bowl where it directs the rays of the sun, so that the ripening of the fruits is not accelerated and its “useful life” is shortened.
