Non-perishable foods

Non-perishable foods.

Although no food is eternal, it is called non-perishable foods (salt, spices, vinegar and honey), due to its long storage life.

But even these can change their texture, aroma or flavor, if they are not given the minimum care required when storing them.

You can keep several units of each or whatever you want on the shelves. They can be purchased every 4 months to 1 year.

These non-perishable foods should be stored in a cool, dry place so that their organoleptic characteristics are not altered, thus extending their useful life in optimal conditions.

Vinegar if desired, can be refrigerated. Of the already named non-perishable foods such as salt,

honey, vinegar and spices and condiments, there are several classes of each one, depending on their origin.

These foods have beneficial qualities for the organism and help to flavor and preserve other foods.
